Agreement and service

By using DOT9T Player or mydot9t.com, you agree to these Terms. DOT9T Player is a free media player operated by DOT9T Solutions. It does not provide, host, sell or include channels, movies, series, streams, playlists or subscriptions. The app is not affiliated with a content provider.

Your sources and rights

You are responsible for choosing sources you are authorized to use and for complying with applicable law and the rights of content owners. Do not use the app or website to access, copy, record or distribute content without the necessary rights. Features such as recording and catch-up depend on your source and applicable permissions.

License and accounts

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on compatible devices. Do not resell, redistribute or modify the app, interfere with its security, or use our systems to harm others, except where applicable law permits otherwise. If you create a DOT9T account, keep its access information secure and provide accurate name and email details. You can delete the account in the app or through our Data Deletion Request page.

Third parties

Your content source, EPG provider, TMDB, Google, device platform and other independent services have their own terms and practices. We do not control their content, availability or security. DOT9T is not responsible for content supplied by an independent provider.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and may limit access where needed to protect the service, comply with law or address misuse. We will post updated Terms here with a new effective date. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the app and website.

Disclaimers and liability

The app and website are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback, compatibility with every device or source, or the accuracy of third-party information. To the extent allowed by law, DOT9T Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app or independent content sources. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
